I'M EVEY.

Customer Support Lead & BD at Matrica Labs · Talent Scout at Superteam Talent · Content Creator. I've been building in the Solana ecosystem since 2020, starting in Community Management and growing into Customer Support operations, Partnerships, Business Development, Talent Scouting and Content Creation.

Today I lead Customer Support, Partnerships & BD at Matrica Labs while also scouting talent through Superteam Talent. Over the years I've worked across Solana NFT, DeFi and infrastructure projects helping teams grow communities, improve user experience, build partnerships and scale operations.

Alongside that, I create educational content focused on Solana and Web3 through videos, threads and ecosystem collaborations — designed to make crypto more accessible and easier to understand.

I also built TalentHub — a hand-curated Web3 job board connecting builders with opportunities across the ecosystem.
